Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with scorchvjev B.V., accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and scorchvjev B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with registration number A623256253 and VAT number NL301584026B02.

Company Information

Service Description

scorchvjev provides luxury spa and wellness treatments delivered to clients' homes or chosen locations. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Therapeutic massage treatments
• Facial and skincare treatments
• Wellness packages and spa experiences
• Speciality treatments and add-on services

All services are provided by certified and trained professionals using premium products and equipment.

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our contact methods
• All bookings are subject to therapist availability
• We reserve the right to confirm or decline booking requests
• Booking confirmation will be provided via email or phone

Appointment Requirements

• Clients must provide a suitable space for treatments
• Access to running water must be available
• Accurate health information must be disclosed prior to treatment
• Clients must be present at the scheduled appointment time

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash payments
• Bank transfers
• Major debit and credit cards
• Monthly invoicing for regular clients (by arrangement)

Pricing

• All prices include VAT where applicable
• Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Package deals and promotional offers are subject to specific terms

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• 24 hours notice required for cancellations without charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

scorchvjev Cancellations

• We may cancel due to therapist illness or unforeseen circumstances
• Full refund or rescheduling will be offered for our cancellations
• We will provide as much notice as possible
• Alternative therapist may be offered subject to availability

Health and Safety

Client Responsibilities

• Disclose all relevant health conditions and medications
• Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities
• Notify us immediately of any discomfort during treatment
• Follow any aftercare advice provided by therapists

Medical Conditions

Certain medical conditions may require doctor's clearance before treatment. scorchvjev reserves the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be contraindicated or unsafe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the scorchvjev website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of scorchvjev B.V. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. The scorchvjev name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of scorchvjev B.V.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

scorchvjev B.V. provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, our liability is limited as follows:

Excluded Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes
• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions

Insurance

scorchvjev maintains appropriate professional liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to treat our therapists with respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments if:

• Inappropriate behaviour or language is displayed
• The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• The treatment environment is unsafe or unsuitable
• Payment terms are not met

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice. scorchvjev reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

• Breach of these terms of service
• Non-payment of fees
• Inappropriate conduct
• Health and safety concerns

Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due, and scheduled appointments may be cancelled.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection laws, and nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.

Force Majeure

scorchvjev shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Changes to Terms

scorchvjev reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing clients through email or other communication methods.
